Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, the main types of information LucidPlexus may process when you use the platform.

Publication note: the platform owner should confirm the legal operator identity, contact address, hosting provider, and email processors before treating this policy as final. For a personal data request, contact support@lucidplexus.com.

This policy needs final confirmation of the legal operator details and hosting/email processors before it can be treated as a formally approved legal notice. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

1. Information that may be processed

Account information such as your username, display name, email address, and authentication data is used to operate your account. If you add a profile image or profile details, those are used to display your profile. Content you choose to publish—such as posts, comments, project write-ups, and repositories—may be publicly visible.

2. Learning and platform activity

The platform may process bookmarks, quiz or learning progress, dataset interactions, project submissions, and other activity needed to provide the feature you use, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Some learning preferences and progress may be stored in your browser rather than linked to your account; the relevant feature should explain its behavior.

3. Cookies and technical data

Essential cookies may be used to keep you signed in and protect sessions. The hosting environment may also create server logs and technical records used for security and troubleshooting. The exact retention period and any optional analytics or third-party services must be confirmed by the operator.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to provide the requested service, manage accounts, display content, respond to support requests, protect the platform, comply with applicable obligations, and—where applicable—send communications you have opted into.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, email delivery, authentication, or other service providers that are necessary to run the platform. The operator should list the providers, their locations, and the relevant data-processing arrangements here. LucidPlexus does not sell personal information as a business model.

6. Retention and security

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, and platform integrity. Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be used to protect it, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact support@lucidplexus.com to make a request.

8. Children

The operator must confirm the minimum age for using the service and any consent requirements that apply in the user's country.

9. Changes

Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date once the operator has approved the changes.
