๐คAccounts & sign-in
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page โ a reset link goes to your account email. Nothing arriving? Check spam, and confirm you typed the address your account actually uses.
I was given a username and password by an admin.
That is an all-access account. Sign in normally โ a banner will remind you to set your own password in Settings, which you should do right away.
How do I delete my account?
Settings โ Delete account. Your profile, drafts, and community activity are removed; published repositories are anonymized rather than deleted, so review records stay intact.
๐๏ธMembership & invitations
How do I become a member?
Through an invitation link from an active member or admin. Links expire 10 minutes after creation and work once. Accepting puts you in a review queue of up to 4 weeks.
Where do I see my queue status?
The membership page shows your position in line and when you joined the queue. We also notify you at every change.
What can I do without membership?
Plenty: read every published repo, download datasets, vote, comment, clap, and bookmark. Membership adds publishing, XP, the leaderboard, and posting.
โจ๏ธWorkspace & reviews
My SQL block won't run.
Check the browser console first: the usual causes are the SQL engine failing to load (network) or a dataset with no CSV attached. The dataset panel in the workspace shows what is actually loaded.
How long does review take?
Reviews are done by humans in submission order. Priority review (coins) moves you up the queue โ it never changes the verdict.
My submission needs changes โ is that bad?
No, it is the normal path to publication. Read the reviewer's note, revise in the workspace, and resubmit.
๐ชCoins & XP
How do I get coins?
You start with 50, and each published project earns 15. Buying coin packs is not available yet โ the prices you may see are upcoming, not active.
Where did my coins go?
The coins page shows your full ledger โ every earn and spend, with a reason on each line. If something looks wrong there, contact support with the entry date.
What is XP and how is it different?
XP is reputation: published work, posts, helpful activity. It sets your rank and leaderboard place and can never be bought or spent. Coins are the opposite: spendable, never reputation.
